Skippy The Bush Kangaroo

Skippy the Bush Kangaroo was a show in Australia that featured a beloved kangaroo. In a similar vein to'Flipper' or 'Lassie', he always saved the day with the help of a young boy. It's weird and quirky... but most of all I can't help but watch it and think... WTF?

I wonder how many different sized mock-up kangaroo limbs they needed to make for some of these scenes?

Battle at Kruger - lions vs. buffalo vs. 2 crocodiles... who will win?



A battle between a pride of lions, a herd of buffalo, and 2 crocodiles at a watering hole in South Africa's Kruger National Park while on safari. It's incredible and a WTF moment for all the animals and the onlooking humans who caught this rare event!

One Bad Ass Dog, One Bad Ass Face


We might not always understand what a dog is trying to tell us when they bark but sometimes their face alone can say it all. This weimaraner is obviously not amused by his fellow companion's manners or subsequent odor. Thank goodness smell-o-vision has not been invented!

What Happens In The Jungle, Stays In The Jungle


As can be seen, it's not merely humans that are partial to a bit of debauchery; every monkey and his uncle goes crazy for fermented fruit (read:alcohol) at a certain time of year down this part of the jungle.

But it's not only monkeys - elephants, rhinos, giraffes, bison... and an animal we can't even identify  - they all head straight for the bar for some of that legendary jungle juice.

It's a long walk home - riddled with sideways walks, stumbles, slips, trips and falls... but nothing that doesn't get slept off in time for next years annual pilgrimage.

All in all, an absolute classic.
